Since 2011, the business has been owned and operated by David Tippmann. David continues in a leadership role and maintains a key investment stake in the business.
About Our New Leader: As part of the new partnership, Ryan Eger will join the Proform Manufacturing team as its new President. Ryan served 10 years in the military before joining the business world where he was widely known as a business operations leader focused on maximizing performance, productivity, profitability, and growth. Ryan joined the Cogent Analytics consulting team in 2022. Before that, Ryan was the General Manager of Windows Direct USA. Ryan has also held senior operations roles at Postmates, Convergys, and Orderup (Groupon and GrubHub). Ryan has a BA from Xavier University and grew up in the Greater Cincinnati area.
